Graphtech’s Business Hours
Graphtech Normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
After hours support is available by special arrangement.
The Graphtech offices are closed on the following days:
____Memorial Day, Independence Day (observed), Labor Day
____Thanksgiving Day & the Day After Thanksgiving
____Christmas Day (observed), New Years Day (observed)
How To Request Support

Write down any error messages you see on the screen |

Check that all the computer cables are plugged in tightly |

Restart computer and try what you were doing again |

Contact the Graphtech Manage IT Helpdesk by calling 847.964.5000, and ask for a Helpdesk Specialist |
