Graphtech’s Business Hours
Graphtech Normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
After hours support is available by special arrangement.

The Graphtech offices are closed on the following days:
____Memorial Day, Independence Day (observed), Labor Day
____Thanksgiving Day & the Day After Thanksgiving
____Christmas Day (observed), New Years Day (observed)


How To Request Support
 
1.
Write down any error messages you see on the screen
  2. Check that all the computer cables are plugged in tightly
  3. Restart computer and try what you were doing again
  4. Contact the Graphtech Manage IT Helpdesk by calling 847.964.5000, and ask for a Helpdesk Specialist

Non-emergency support is available by creating a case on-line at

Make sure you include company name, your name, description of the problem and the urgency of the issue.
