"This letter is in regards to the relationship that Gurnee School District 56 has with Graphtech Systems. Our relationship with Graphtech has spanned over the past three years. We originally brought Graphtech in to clean up our administrative systems. Graphtech did a magnificent job and our systems have been running smoothly ever since. Currently, our relationship encompasses outsourcing of the IT infrastructure to Graphtech. We have nothing but compliments and high praise for the work that Graphtech has accomplished for District 56. We do not have a large IT budget and therefore carefully consider every dollar we spend. With that in mind we see our arrangement with Graphtech as money well spent.

We rely on Graphtech for the day-to-day operation and monitoring of our network infrastructure. We have a very high level of comfort knowing that Graphtech has our system running at peak efficiency. Graphtech brings the right person and the right skills to the applicable job. In addition, Graphtech provides us with a global perspective; a CTO and CIO view of the IT department that D56 cannot provide without a significant increase in cost.

We are particularly pleased with the transition from our old set-up to the complete Graphtech outsourcing. The transition has gone better than hoped.

We view Graphtech as a more than an IT vendor but as a partner. D56 is very happy to have made the decision to outsource its infrastructure support and would make the same decision today. D56 is proud and pleased to recommend Graphtech Systems."
