"I can wholeheartedly recommend Graphtech Systems, Inc. because of the nature of the network analysis process they coordinated in our school district. Our district thoroughly enjoyed the brainstorming throughout the review of the network culture and equipment. and continued on into the initial drafts of the final report on the network. This last item alone indicates efforts to ensure that each element and the thoroughness of coverage are reviewed repeatedly to avoid a report that does not meet the needs originally agreed upon. The format of the drafts and final report drew rave reviews from the more nontechnical people staffing the committee overseeing this process. Here, at last, was a document about technical things that even they could understand! At the end of the process I personally was surprised to realize that Graphtech had a very intimate knowledge of our network and more importantly the network culture, than any company would ever have. This will prove valuable in the future when we need further assistance with our network.

Our interviews of Graphtech Systems, Inc. and three other candidates for our network analysis proved to us that they were the more knowledgeable and visionary about school district networks and school network cultures. The district originally undertook this analysis due to many factors: current problems in our network and new features we wished to add. Speed in our network was clearly a current unresolvable problem and some new features we wished to add were filtering, VPN, firewall and intrusion prevention, as well as e-mail virus and spam protection. Graphtech was also requested to share solutions from other districts if that was appropriate to our vision. Their final report addressed each of the issues in terms of equipment, installation, configuration and subsequent support. This gave us a good understanding of the solutions and the support required from us in the future. Graphtech's cooperation lasted well beyond the final report, graciously assisting us in preparing board presentations and providing documents to assist in a bid for the equipment, installation and training to bring the plan to fruition."
