"Graphtech Systems has served as our school district’s primary outsourced networking and server service provider since 1995. I have served as Director of Technology and Media Services for Wilmette Public Schools District 39 since 2000. When I entered my position, I considered myself quite fortunate to inherit the implementation of core network systems that Graphtech had planned, designed, and implemented with the previous Technology Director. The first-class implementation that I found immediately convinced me to continue our district’s relationship with Graphtech.

Over the past three years, my experience with Graphtech has been consistently excellent and has often exceeded my expectations. Currently, Graphtech assists us in the planning and implementation of our Local Area and Wide Area Networks (wired and wireless), manages and assists in the implementation of servers and file management systems, assists us with long-term strategic technology planning, provides web server assistance and programming of custom web applications, and provides a variety of desktop support when it relates to our network systems.

Graphtech's support technicians and specialists are second to none. I regularly deal with 5-6 Graphtech employees and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. We are currently using Graphtech’s Techcare contracted services and our systems have never run more smoothly. Not only does this service save us money, it deals with our needs proactively and allows for scheduled visits by technicians and specialists on a regular basis. I consider the Graphtech technicians assigned to our district part of my technology team. Graphtech’s flexibility and quick reaction time have saved my reputation many times over.

Graphtech’s strengths are not limited to day-to-day support, they also offer excellent long-term planning solutions. Graphtech understands my budget issues as an education customer and is able to provide solutions that fit my needs and budget. I have also been impressed by Graphtech’s knowledge of brand new products and technologies and their ability to explain both how they work and how they could fit into our existing system to benefit us.
