"I would like to take a minute of your time to mention my satisfaction and appreciation of Steve Feldman and the entire crew at Graphtech. While we have only worked together for a short period of time at this point I am pleased with the company. Our firm suffered a security breach a few months ago and I was at a loss as to how to handle the situation. We contacted Graphtech and the same day we had a teleconference and they listened to my explanation, came up with a preliminary course of action to stop the bleeding and then suggested a thorough evaluation of the situation.

The next day a technician from their office was onsite and spent the day checking the security and setup of our LAN. I was given a report the same day with the details of what had happened and what temporary measures were used to stabilize the situation.

We then contracted with Graphtech for an evaluation of our systems, this was done in a most professional manner, and I was kept informed and involved in the process. I was sent a draft of the final evaluation and proposal for improvements and ask again for my input. We received the finished proposal and decided we would prefer to look at the improvements in phases; this was prepared for us in a very short period of time and met our requirements.

One last thing I would like to add is that during the evaluation period, Ross Goldstein, one of the technicians involved in the project, noticed a severe configuration error on our server. He stayed at our office after business hours to help me correct this issue. I think that sums up the kind of service and professionalism you will get when you work with this firm."
