"In the past, I've had the pleasure to experience John's vast knowledge via phone support as well as an onsite service call. John clearly has passion for what he does and that was definitely apparent during his recent Tiger Crash Course. He's not only an excellent speaker/instructor, he also provides a variety of up-to-date resources for troubleshooting and maintaining OS X and Macs.
John is a humble person and can admit when he doesn't know or isn't familiar with something, unlike typical IT support people. I appreciate his approach of demonstrating the "old way" of troubleshooting many problems, such as using command lines versus using a GUI program. This forces an understanding of the theory/concept behind the problem instead of simply fixing the problem. I feel the Tiger Crash Course was well worth the time and money and plan to attend in the future (especially if John is teaching it). Thanks John!"
