"I'm writing to thank you all for a great year of service and support. I have worked with many groups over the years and the Graphtech organization is by far the most knowledgeable, hard working, organized, well rounded and dedicated team with whom I have had the good fortune of sharing a relationship. In a recent conference call, Karen (Graphtech Sales Manager) pointed out that I begin a lot of sentences with, 'Let me tell you what's causing me to lose sleep'. Graphtech wasn't anywhere on the list! Similarly, in HND's recent year end meeting, Graphtech was mentioned by Information Services, Production Design and Creative Services as a reason those individual departments were able to succeed in meeting their objectives.

If feedback serves as a good indicator to gauge the effectiveness that the Graphtech organization is having in the marketplace, then hopefully you will receive HND's gratitude as a high mark.
